The Workshop

‘When we feel bad, we all have a tendency to adopt the belief that someone’s done something wrong. This tendency is as commonplace as it is psychologically disingenuous and emotionally futile.’

John’s presentation will examine the truthfulness, or otherwise, of this statement and invite participants to explore personal and professional attitudes regarding revenge, hatred and humility.
